Camp Lindenmere’s Leadership Training Program is carefully designed to teach participants both life and camp related skills. The LT’s will participate in all of the traditional Lindenmere camp activities, and will often experience many of these activities in a leadership role.

The program is fun, dynamic and creative while offering the LT’s more freedom and responsibility than other campers. The LT’s have the opportunity to participate in regular camp activities as well as experiential learning activities designed to teach life skills.

As the oldest campers, the LT’s are considered the foundation of the Lindenmere experience. Each participant is considered a valuable part of our community and is eligible to become our future staff and leaders.
