Dianne will be coming to Lindenmere for the first time this summer, working on ceramics with our campers. She spent a lot of time working on ceramics while growing up, and has made quite the collection of bowls, cups, plates, mugs, and vases. One of her most coveted creations broke during a move not that long ago, so hopefully she can recreate this favorite piece this summer! Dianne looks forward to working with our budding artists and we are happy to welcome her to camp!
This is Kate’s first summer at Lindenmere and she will be one of our ceramics counselors. Kate has studied the art of ceramics for four years during high school and spent two summers teaching ceramics at a day camp. This summer, Kate is excited to join us at Lindenmere and she looks forward to helping our campers create some fun projects. During the year, Kate studies film at Ithaca College. Positive and fun, Kate will be a great asset to camp and to girls’ side. We are super excited to have her join our team!
This is Bari’s second summer on staff here at Lindenmere but it will be her 13th consecutive summer! This longtime camper-turned-staff will be working as a crafts counselor again this summer. Bari is super creative and always coming up with new ideas and will be a great addition to our Art Department. Bari is fun and compassionate and will be a great role model for our campers. We are thrilled to have Bari back on staff again this year.
This is Macy’s second summer at Lindenmere and she’s excited to get to crafting with our campers! Macy has a creative mind and is skilled at not just crafting, but also coming up with fun and interesting project ideas. Last summer, Macy worked in the Lindenmere office, and while we will miss her office skills, our campers will be very lucky to be able to work alongside such a creative individual each day in our Art Building! We are so happy to have you back at camp this summer, Macy!
This is Lillian’s first summer as our jewelry counselor and we are thrilled to have her here! Lillian is an extremely talented and creative artist, particularly in jewelry-making. She owns an Etsy shop, @TinyMapleThreads, where she sells hand-hammered sterling silver earrings. She also creates earrings using other materials, such as buttons, beads, and wire, as a personal hobby. Lillian is also an expert lanyard-maker and loves creating friendship bracelets. Fun-loving and always with a smile, Lillian is sure to be a pleasure to have around camp and we are thrilled she’s here! Welcome!
Mia joins us at Lindenmere for the first time this summer, as one of our jewelry counselors. When Mia was 14, she attended four classes a week in jewelry-making. This experience taught her skills in making necklaces, pins, rings, using beads, strings, plastic, tin, copper, and metal. She can also make many different styles of friendship bracelets. Our campers will love taking a jewelry class with Mia and learning new jewelry-making skills. Mia has also spent time working at a children’s play center, supervising children aged 2-12 and making sure they followed rules and safety precautions. She has also worked as a tutor for Somalian children, helping them with homework, assisting in projects, and boosting their confidence. Mia is sure to be an asset to our team this summer and we are happy to welcome her!
Drawing & Painting
This is Kristina’s first summer at camp, where she will be teaching Drawing and Painting. Kristina has spent a total of four years studying art and is currently working towards finishing her fine arts degree. Kristina is very sociable and bubbly, and is enthusiastic about camp life. She has grown up around children and is very confident when it comes to caring for them. Kristina’s personality will have a positive impact on girls’ side and all throughout camp. This is Lilly’s first summer at Lindenmere and she will be taking on the role of tie dye counselor. Lilly attends Stephen F. Austin University, where she is studying education with the hopes of becoming a middle school teacher. While in school, Lilly has participated in tie-dye clubs, where she has learned to make tons of new creations. With a great love for tie-dye, Lilly knows all kinds of fun and crazy patterns and we can’t wait to see what she and our campers come up with. We are thrilled to have Lilly at camp this summer and know our campers will be delighted, as well!

Maxi is excited to come back for her fourth summer at Lindenmere and she can’t imagine spending it anywhere else than in the Art Building. While in school, Maxi took a glass fusion class, which has fostered her passion for stained glass. Her technique is flawless and her creations are always unbelievable. Under Maxi’s leadership, our campers will create some incredible projects, while also strengthening their creative side! We are so happy that Maxi has decided to come back to camp once again! This is Brandon’s first summer at Camp Lindenmere and he will be our woodworking counselor. Brandon has experience as a woodworking counselor at another summer camp, and also handles woodworking equipment at his current job with the College of New Jersey. He began taking woodworking classes during high school, and his love for the art has only grown since then. Brandon is excited to help the kids create amazing projects and learn safe methods in woodworking. Our campers are sure to create some fun and interesting projects in woodworking this summer and we can’t wait to see how they turn out. Welcome to camp, Brandon!

Grace joins us at camp for the first time this summer, but she is no stranger to Lindenmere, as she has a sister who is back for her third summer as a camper. Grace comes to camp as and our candle-making instructor, and she brings with her knowledge she has gained from taking a few candle classes. Grace loves the arts and is very creative, making her a great addition to our Art Department. When she is not creating art, Grace is studying to earn a business degree at the University of Maryland, with the hopes to pursue a career in Event Planning. We are eager to have Grace join our Camp Lindenmere family – welcome!
This will be Ruth’s first summer at Lindenmere and she can’t wait to help our campers with some awesome creations using our heat press! Ruth, who loves all things art, such as painting, drawing, and candle-making, is extremely creative and is the perfect addition to our Art Department. Ruth is sweet and responsible, and she is sure to be a source of positivity around camp. Our campers are going to have a wonderful time in our heat press this summer, under Ruth’s direction. Welcome!
This is Jessica’s first summer at Camp Lindenmere and she will be our fashion design counselor. Jessica has a GCSE certificate in textiles, and also engages in clothing design at home. She is able to showcase a range of skills, such as batik, tie-dye, embroidery, machine sewing, applique, and patch work. Her passion for fashion and textiles pushed her to the top of her class, and her teachers often used her work as examples to show the younger students. Jessica’s creativity knows no bounds, and we can’t wait to see what she and our campers create this summer. Welcome, Jessica!
This will be Renee’s first summer at Lindenmere, where she will be one of our cooking counselors. Renee is especially fond of baking, and recently set up her own cupcake enterprise on Instagram (@jacquescakes), where she sells cupcakes and some larger cakes. Her passion for cooking began as a child, and her skills have mostly been self-taught. She loves to experiment with new recipes and enjoys cooking meals for family and friends.
